You found me! I’m not going to predict how you got here, but I am so glad you’re here. Welcome to my little conscious corner of the internet. Over the years I’ve created blogs and dappled in social selling, but all roads came back to clothing.
I truly believe that there is so much joy, creativity, and passion weaved into the stitches of a wardrobe. When it comes to building a clothing collection consciously, or as you more likely have heard it, sustainably, it can be intimidating. There is so much knowledge in shopping, believe it or not. As people begin to wake up, they move from unconscious (read: mindless) shopping to being consciously aware and hyper-focused on the items in their closets.
Now, one is not better than the other. I’m not here to shame you about your clothing consumption or convince you that you only need ten items in your wardrobe. I’m here to help you consciously shop. Wherever you are on your journey, this blog is here for YOU. Whether that means building an entire wardrobe from scratch or just simply becoming aware of the items you own, I’m here for you.
This blog is not about creating a perfectly curated, sustainable wardrobe to show off on Instagram. This blog is about finding YOUR way in the world of conscious consumption. Because what works for one person won’t work for another. There are millions of different avenues when it comes to consciously build a wardrobe. No one of them is any better or worse than the other. With a little guidance and practice, you’ll be on the way to listening to your intuition and shopping mindfully.
This is a place of accepting, learning, and growing together. It’s a place to ask questions and learn about fabrics and have fun building a wardrobe you love. Just reading this post right now, you’re waking up. You’re learning and growing and becoming, well, conscious. That’s HUGE, babe! Really, truly. In a world where we’re sold something constantly and take in millions of branded messages a day, becoming aware is no easy feat.
Here’s to your journey. The one that led you here and connected us through this post. I am so excited to learn, grow, and evolve with you.
