How To Use The Poshmark Drafts Feature To Boost Your Sales

There are tons of different features on Poshmark. Heck, some might even say there are too many. But my absolute favorite one is the ability to create drafts. If you haven’t found the Poshmark drafts feature yet, do it now. It’s hands-down one of the biggest sale drivers in my business and the tool I use to stay more organized. Here’s everything that you need to know about the feature so you can start using it to your advantage.

Let me break it down to basics with you before we jump in. The Poshmark draft feature allows you to save posts for future use. It’s a complete post ready to go for whenever you’d like to hit list. All the photos and listing details are there, except you save it instead of posting it. A few posts back, I talked about how to use drafts to batch work in your Poshmark business. Well, there’s been an update. Instead of only being allowed 15 drafts, Poshmark has increased the number. While I couldn’t find an exact number for how many you’re now able to have, I have created 28 at one time so far.

The Poshmark drafts feature is great for listing consistently. Writing listings is a time-consuming process. Especially if you’re doing it correctly. Saving drafts won’t take the time out of creating your listing, but it will help you to stay more consistent with your listing throughout the week. You can now designate a chunk of time to create all your listings for the week, saving them to drafts, and posting them throughout the week. Your listings are consistent and you don’t have to spend a ton of time doing it each day. It’s a win-win.

Consistency on Poshmark is everything. It benefits you in the algorithm and keeps people coming back to your page each day to see what you’ve listed. Now to mention that every item that you list goes can now be searched for. If you’re writing your listing right, you’ll be higher up in the searches if you stay consistent with your sharing.

If you’re not catching on yet, the Poshmark drafts feature saves you time and helps you increase sales. I would highly suggest you check it out if you haven’t already. Here’s everything that you need to know about the feature, so you can start using it today.

Where is the Poshmark drafts feature?

Log into Poshmark and click the red “sell on Poshmark” button int he top right hand corner. Now create a listing, just like you normally would. Add your photos, fill out all the information, and add your price. Then, when you’re all done, click “cancel.” A screen will pop up, asking you if you want to “discard changes” or “save drafts.” Obviously, you’ll want to click “save draft.” When you do, a message will pop up letting you know that it’s bee saved.

How do I get to my drafts?

There are two different ways to access your drafts, and both are incredibly easy. You can either 1) click the “sell on Poshmark” button again or 2) click on your photo in the upper right corner and select “my drafts” from the menu.

The first option will show the drafts in a line across the top of the page. You’ll have to scroll through and click “view all” button at the end to see all of your drafts. The second option will bring you to a page that shows you every single draft that you have. I use the two options interchangeably.

How many drafts can I save?

Poshmark used to let you have 15 drafts saved, now it’s endless. Or at least I think. I couldn’t find any information from the brand on the new update, so I’m not sure exactly how many drafts that you can save. Personally, I’ve saved up to 45 at one time. That leads me to think that there is no limit, but I will update this post if I hear anything in the future. Either way, 45 drafts is pretty darn nice.
